This long hallway needed a focal point and the stenciled bookcase serves this purpose. Often hallways are overlooked because of the confined space; however using stencils decorate the wall without cluttering the space.




Entryways should set the tone for the rest of your home; it should grab your attention as soon as you enter the space. This two tone entryway with stenciled fountain welcomes the visitor with its dramatic focal point.

This is a picture of the hallway at the top of the staircase. The walls were white as well as the doors. The walls were colorwashed with two different colors, the pedestal is a stencil, the vase of flowers are real made to look like it is sitting on the pedestal which is fake. The doors were stained, molding added and combed for a wood effect.
